We offer a 5 years warranty on the Kinesis K1 frame and a 1 year warranty on other components. If a material defect or damage are discovered during your warranty period, please contact Kinesis. The company will perform warranty repairs or replace the entire product, at its own discretion.
The warranty does not cover product defects or malfunctions due to mishandling, lack of proper care and maintenance, unprofessional repairs, as well as the use of invalid parts and unauthorized modifications.
